We offer free shipping to all online orders over $30 in Australia.

Every product we send has tracking details.

You will receive an email from Nakoa The Label with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping ~ International

We offer a flat International shipping rate of $30 for all orders

You will receive an email from Nakoa The Label with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched via Australia Post it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery after arriving in your destination country.

Should any problems arise, we recommend contacting your local post office directly.

Please note, that by shipping internationally you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All customs rates and charges are the responsibility of international customers within their own country.

Nakoa The Label is required by law to include an invoice for customs and declare the full dollar value of any international shipments.

Please Note:

We attempt to ship all orders within 1-3 business days once we have received payment. During busy periods, such as Christmas season, please allow up to 5-7 business days for products to be shipped due to the high volume of orders to be processed.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking information. Please allow 7 days for your shipment to arrive within Australia. During peak season or to some remote areas, Australia Post delivery may take longer. Please be aware that delivery times with Australia Post are out of our control once they have your parcel.

All Nakoa The Label products are inspected by us, before they are dispatched, to ensure they are in perfect condition.  

Please make sure all your details are correct and up to date when ordering. We do NOT refund for any items that are sent to an incorrect shipping address provided by details not being current or up to date.

Once an item has been sent via Australia Post, Nakoa The Label will no longer be responsible for goods shipped. We do not refund for items lost by Australia Post, as per Australian Consumer Law. If you experience any problems during shipping, please contact Australia Post to lodge an inquiry directly.
